  • Air Conditioners : We Evaluate, Install & propose a maintenance program for all type of Air Conditioning units
  • Electrical, Plumbing, Painting : – We offer a complete service for all your Electrical, Plumbing, Painting jobs Installation of both concealed and surface type and resolve all electrical works .Our plumbing team is specially train to troubleshoot any plumbing problem and repair various types of water pumps.
  • Dishwashers, Dryers, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Freezers, Microwave, Ovens, Etc…Repairs to all white goods which are technically faulty.
  • Home Entertainment – We specialise in Lamb and Pork Spit and offer catering services for parties, functions, birthdays, etc…
  • Light Construction, Alterations, and Improvements to homes, offices schools, etc…

Management Contracts

We offer the possibility for owners to have their properties singularly managed. We will coordinate and supervise:

  • Maintenance and repairs,
  • Negotiation with contractors and/or employees,
  • Negotiation and communication with tenants,
  • Monthly reporting of expenses and maintenance relating to the management of properties,
  • Management of employees already in place,
  • Regular control / visit to the Villa

We will charge a monthly fee for providing the above services.

The amount of the fee will be according to the services requested by the owner.

FOR COMMERCIAL, HOTELS, SCHOOLS, INDUSTRIAL AND OTHER COMPANIES

Coordinate and supervise:

  • ELECTRICAL: Installation of both concealed and surface type and resolve all electrical works for hotels, offices, buildings, Etc…
  • PLUMBING: Our plumbing team is specially train to troubleshoot any plumbing problem and repair various types of water pumps.
  • AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES: Install & maintain all type of Air Conditioning units.
